1 General Provisions

joey9 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the joey9 platform and all related services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user of the platform ("Member") and the entity operating joey9. These Terms are drafted in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi members.

If any part of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on joey9, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When opening an account, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are a clear violation of joey9's rules. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be voided.

2.4 KYC Verification

joey9 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) information at any time. Members must submit their national ID card, passport, or other applicable documents within a reasonable time of the request. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. joey9 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

joey9 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable to each payment method)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on joey9 are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may be longer during KYC verification or security reviews. Minor delays may occur during peak hours or scheduled system maintenance.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from the member's own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. joey9 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Account KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. Withdrawal amounts will be available after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on joey9 can receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A maximum deposit of ৳34,000 earns the full ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to unlock the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• joey9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5.4 Other Promotions

joey9 may from time to time offer reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

joey9 operates on a fair play policy. All games on the platform use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Using any special software, bots, or automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to network disconnection, power failure, or other technical issues, joey9 will assess the situation and take appropriate action. Server logs will be considered final in cases involving incomplete rounds.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

The joey9 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on members' regular activity and loyalty to the platform. Staying regular and active is required to advance to a higher tier. joey9 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and terms.

VIP accounts are non-transferable. VIP tier may be reviewed in cases of prolonged inactivity.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joey9:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or bonus fraud.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with others.
• Creating an account using false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for personal gain.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, all bonuses will be voided, and legal action may be taken.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

joey9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice — particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms.

9.2 Member's Rights

9.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, joey9 may apply an account maintenance fee or suspend the account. Members will be notified in advance by email regarding the definition of inactivity and any applicable fees.

10 Limitation of Liability

The joey9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. joey9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. joey9 will not be liable for network issues, third-party software problems, or force majeure events.

joey9 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any specific situation, joey9's maximum liability will be limited to the actual funds held in the member's account at the relevant time.

Gaming should be a source of entertainment. joey9 is not liable in any way for gambling addiction or financial loss. Members are responsible for their own decisions.
